JW Marriott Opens Second Maldives Resort Just 30 Minutes from Malé

JW Marriott has unveiled its second Maldives resort, set on a reclaimed sandbank just 30 minutes from Malé. Combining luxury with accessibility, the resort features 80 villas, including 48 overwater villas with private plunge pools and slides, and 32 beachfront villas opening onto pristine sands.

The resort offers diverse dining experiences, from Asian, South American, and Maldivian cuisine to beachside bars and a patisserie. The overwater Spa by JW provides facials, massages, and wellness treatments, while activities include snorkeling, diving, kayaking, paddleboarding, and dolphin spotting. Families can enjoy the kids’ club and teen activities, while personalized butler service ensures a seamless stay.
